Administrative Assistant

Hours: 20 hours a week (over 4-5 days) $11 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain spreadsheets to track various grant and communication information
• Maintaining Donor database, inputting information and writing thank you letters in a timely manner
• Update Wordpress website, and social media site, including: setting up forms, uploading photos, inputting text and arranging layout (as directed by Director)
• Tracking and respond to website, Facebook and Instagram comments
• Maintain constant contact email lists
• Gather analytics and run reports (e.g. Constant Contact, Google, Paypal, Go fund me, etc.)
• Formatting and creating templates for grant applications, budgets etc.
• Research new grant opportunities
• Assist with running of a new weekly Media Club with ARCH participants
• Assist with gathering of information for grant evaluations and reports


Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience of using WORD, Basic Excel, Powerpoint, and Google docs


Minimum Requirements:
• One year in administrative assistant experience or educational equivalent.
• One year of data entry and database experience
