Occupational Skills Development

Occupational Skills Development is a compensated job training program whereby participants learn money management, customer service, inventory control, food preparation, janitorial and cleaning duties, vehicle maintenance, volunteer opportunities, and periodic mass mailings, among many other integral work skills. Some of our participants have normal jobs outside of the time they spend at ARCH. Some work in local businesses such as Fry’s, Harkins Theater or have set up their own small businesses such as jewelry making.
