Educational Assistance Program

Educational Assistance Program (EAP) is an instructional program designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Most of our society has not recognized the fact that these individuals have the same needs, desires, sensitivities, and vulnerabilities as do those without limitations. Due to this, many people with disabilities are not prepared for a variety of human experiences.

Consequently, ARCH has developed the EAP program to discuss and educate participants on Interpersonal skills such as Personal Health & Safety, Sex Education, Parenting, Money Management, Fitness, Nutrition, Cooking and Stress/Anger Management.

Courses last 10 weeks and fees vary by course topic. Payment is made every 10 wks. Contact us for more details or to join a class. These classes are open to both our DTA and Drop-in participants. All of these classes are run by Hanni Wischer. Hanni also organizes a Camp-In at ARCH every year.
